Role & responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all MEP works, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems in high-rise luxury residential projects.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural teams, and contractors to resolve design and site execution issues.
- Monitor MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities as per approved project schedules.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with applicable codes, safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
- Manage MEP contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve project milestones and execution targets.




- Review material submittals, procurement schedules, and equipment selections to ensure timely availability and approved quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP installations in high-rise buildings.
- Monitor MEP project budgets, variations, resource utilization, and progress reports to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, documentation, and handover of all MEP systems while maintaining luxury residential quality standards.
