Role Overview:

As the Site Incharge, you will be the absolute authority on-site representing INFRAVUE INTERIORS AND CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD. You will be directly responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with labor teams and contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving day-to-day site hurdles. Whether you are an energetic junior professional stepping up or an experienced supervisor, you must ensure that commercial interior projects are executed seamlessly according to drawings, quality benchmarks, and strict timelines. Must be fluent in Local Language(Tamil/Kannada/Telugu), English, Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall Site Command & Execution:

- Take charge of day-to-day site operations for commercial fit-outs (partitioning, false ceilings, flooring, electrical, HVAC routing, painting, and modular fixing).
- Ensure all site activities strictly follow the master schedule and approved architectural/MEP drawings.

2. Manpower & Resource Deployment:

- Supervise, manage,



and track attendance of in office laborers, specialized sub-contractors, and vendors.
- Optimize labor productivity and minimize idle time on site.

3. Material Management & Reconciliation:

- Inspect incoming construction and interior finishing materials for quality, count, and specifications.
- Maintain precise stock logs, prevent material pilferage, and manage proper storage at the site.

4. Troubleshooting & Progress Reporting:

- Spot potential execution conflicts or delays early and resolve them in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Submit daily progress reports (DPR), site logs, and photographic updates to management.

5. Safety, Quality, & Site Discipline:

- Enforce strict safety protocols, labor guidelines, and PPE usage across the site.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free site housekeeping standards.
