Role:
Own all maintenance electrical, automation and mechanical — at our current automated flour mill. Electrical and automation is the core of this role: you will be personally hands-on with power systems, drives and the PLC / SCADA system, and lead a team of electricians and fitters.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain HT/LT substation, transformer, DG, MCCs, drives and PLC / SCADA.
- Plan and deliver preventive maintenance for all plant equipment.
- Lead breakdown response and root-cause analysis to minimise downtime.
- Manage spares, OEM service contracts and maintenance vendors.
- Drive energy efficiency and power factor.
Lead and develop shift electricians and mechanical fitters; enforce safe working
