Job Title: Site Validation Expert Residential Interiors

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Site Validation Expert with hands-on experience in residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for validating on-site conditions against approved design drawings, verifying BOQ quantities and design files, and identifying discrepancies or execution risks before project execution.

The role requires strong measurement skills, a sound understanding of modular and non-modular interior work, and effective coordination with designers, project managers, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate site validation and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits to measure and validate existing site conditions against approved drawings and design specifications.
- Verify site dimensions, layouts, and measurements to ensure alignment with approved design plans.
- Validate BOQ quantities and design files across modular and non-modular interior work.
- Identify design discrepancies, measurement mismatches, missing items, and potential execution risks during site validation.
- Assess civil, electrical, plumbing, and modular interior requirements to ensure completeness of project scope.
- Highlight missing line items, technical gaps, and deviations from approved drawings.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive site validation reports within defined turnaround times and SLAs.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, installation partners, vendors, and customers to resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure all site-related information is accurately documented and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.




- Support smooth project handover from the design stage to execution by ensuring site readiness and validation accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in residential interior design, site execution, site measurement, or site validation.
- Strong understanding of modular and non-modular interior work, including kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and civil modifications.
- Good knowledge of BOQ verification, quantity estimation, and drawing interpretation.
- Understanding of civil, electrical, and plumbing requirements in residential interior projects.
- Strong measurement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with a structured approach to identifying discrepancies and execution risks.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, including customer and vendor handling.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and meet defined timelines and SLAs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting interior design drawings and layouts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in residential interior companies, modular kitchen and wardrobe companies, interior fit-out firms, or home interior project execution.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields will be preferred.
- Experience in independent site measurement, technical validation, and coordination with design and execution teams will be an added advantage.
