- NFS, CIFS/SMB, file shares, exports, ACLs & permissions
- CIFS, Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP/NIS & DNS
- SnapMirror, SnapVault, replication & DR
- Storage security, encryption and hardening
- Storage expansion, controller/firmware upgrades & migration
- Performance monitoring, optimization, capacity planning
- L3 troubleshooting, RCA & major incident management
- ITIL Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Enterprise production environment & 24x7/on-call support
Good to Have: NCDA/NCIE certification, hybrid cloud, DR/BCP and storage transformation experience.
