Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to billing and payments.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, medical records, and revenue cycle management to resolve complex billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Solid knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including billing, payment posting, and denial management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients and insurance companies.
