- Plan and execute production activities during assigned shifts to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment and processes by monitoring performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective shift planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing industry with a degree in B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma holder from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of manpower handling, plant operations, production supervising, shift planning, and TPM principles.
