1. PLAN, ACTION, & REPORT ELECTRICAL ACTIVITIES Assigning daily activities to the workers as per the logbook, dealing with supervisors, power fluctuation, machine failure, any breakdowns, legal requirements, testing transformer oil and earth pit, transformer report, earthing test, IR test, testing and commissioning of projects related to E&I;, and taking required actions to maintain the optimum/desired power factor of the plant.

2. MATERIAL, SPARES, & MANPOWER MANAGEMENT – Issuing material to the contractor, checking the quality of ordered materials, generating PR for required material, management of spare parts & waste materials, manpower planning and handling for the requirements in different E&I; areas, and equipment order closing through SAP.

3. INSURING SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE – Issuing the safety permits to the supervisors and ensure the fulfillment of safety criteria, preventive maintenance, servicing of machines, calibration of instruments, safety management activities and hazards reporting and closing in ENABLON.
