Required Candidate profile
BE/B.Tech Mech/Rubber/Polymer/Chem, no diploma. 10-15 yrs rubber processing, 3-5 in leadership. Flat belting/sheeting (not rollers), lathe background; hands-on mixer/calender ops; fair, proactive.
