Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

- Provide accurate information about products and services.

- Identify upselling opportunities and recommend additional products, services, or upgrades to customers.

- Achieve customer satisfaction, quality, and sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

- Ensure effective communication and a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Valuable listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Flexibility to work on rotational weekly offs.





- Ability to handle customer conversations and identify upselling opportunities.

Shift and Transportation Details

- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts based on business requirements.

- Weekly Offs: Rotational offs; weekends may be working days.

- Cab Facility: Available on a chargeable basis, as per company policy.

- Work Location: As per company requirements.
