1. Monitor, coordinate and ensure all day to day operation
2. Monitor and coordinate with certifying authority for EIC accreditation.
3. Monitor, maintain and ensure 100% service level through recognition of present and future bottlenecks
4. Coordinate and ensure calibration, upkeep and maintenance of all field equipment.
5. Assess and impart training to field staff from stand point of accuracy, safety and speed.
6. Monitor expenses and keep operation cost at the minimal level.
7. Ensure statutory compliance and Implementation of Safety.
8. Any other task/assignment given by the management
