Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Provide accurate information about products and services.

- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote upgrades and recommend additional products or services to customers.

- Achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets.

- Update customer details and interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Flexibility to work on rotational weekly offs.
