Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Female HR Recruiters for our Non-IT Recruitment team in Hyderabad. Candidates with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment or relevant fields can apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment status.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Female candidates only.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in recruitment,



talent acquisition, and candidate coordination.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates with relevant recruitment or industry experience will be preferred.

- 13,000 take-home salary.
