The ideal candidate must have strong computer proficiency, high speed and accuracy in handling data, and specialized knowledge of advanced MS Excel tools along with various online portals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks and backend operations smoothly.
- Handle data entry, formatting, and report generation efficiently with high speed and accuracy.
- Utilize MS Excel for advanced data analysis, using formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, and managing large datasets.
- Prepare professional documents, letters, and reports using MS Word.
- Design clear and engaging presentations, summaries, and sheets using MS PowerPoint.
- Operate, navigate,



and manage various web-based online portals for data submission, tracking, and updates.
- Ensure proper digital filing, record keeping, and organization of office files.
- Coordinate with internal team members for routine data and clerical requirements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or relevant office role.
- Robust command over MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a heavy focus on Advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent typing speed and numerical accuracy.
- Familiarity with internet navigation, web portals, and cloud-based forms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
