- 20-28 years of experience in Site Operations or related field (Plant Operations, Maintenance Operations).
- B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects involving multiple disciplines such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, instrumentation etc.
- Oversee daily operations of the site, ensuring smooth functioning of all plant facilities.
- Manage maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate with various departments (Plant Operations, Maintenance Operations, Manufacturing Operations) to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working setting.
