Experience: Min 4 Years Into International Banking Voice | 1+ Year as Team Leader (On-Paper Mandatory)

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in International Voice – Banking.
- Team handling experience of 15–20 members.
- Solid knowledge of banking and customer service operations.
- Experience in KPI, SLA, and performance management.
- Excellent escalation handling and people management skills.
- Hyderabad candidates only; candidates within 25 KM preferred.
