Role & responsibilities

- Handle export enquiries, tenders, and RFQs related to power transformers.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and tender documentation in coordination with internal teams.
- Review customer requirements, tender specifications, and commercial terms to ensure accurate bid submissions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Quality Assurance, PPC, and other relevant departments for technical inputs and quotation preparation.
- Liaise with international customers to understand requirements, clarify specifications, and follow up on enquiries and offers.
- Support business development initiatives to identify recent export opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for order processing and execution after receipt of purchase orders.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, enquiry trackers, quotation status reports,



and export marketing documentation.
- Monitor tender deadlines, customer follow-ups, and commercial activities to ensure timely submissions.
- Support export order registration and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential customers and markets for power transformer products

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in handling export enquiries, tenders, and RFQs.
- Exposure to techno-commercial bidding and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of power transformers and electrical equipment.
- Experience in customer follow-ups, order registration, and order execution coordination.
