Job Summary

Manage project costs, prepare bills of quantities, and handle contractual and commercial aspects of infrastructure projects. We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of our highway and infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in cost management, billing, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates, and valuations
- Manage monthly billing, variations, and claims
- Review contracts and provide commercial advice to project teams
- Track project costs and prepare cost-to-complete forecasts
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of all commercial transactions

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying qualification




- 4-6 years of experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure projects
- Solid knowledge of MORTH/NHAI measurement and billing procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with arbitration and dispute resolution
- Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions
