Sberbank is looking IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, network, VPN, and connectivity issues. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to delivering timely and effective IT support.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, macOS, hardware, software, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network issues.

- Manage users, groups, and basic GPOs in Active Directory.

- Support endpoints using Microsoft Intune/Jamf Pro.

- Troubleshoot AV and video-conferencing systems such as Extron and Cisco Webex.

- Manage tickets through ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk while meeting SLA/KPI targets.

- Perform troubleshooting, RCA, documentation, and appropriate escalation.

- Provide professional support to users and explain technical issues clearly.

- International vendors.

Requirements:

- Typically 2 4 years in a mixed environment support role covering helpdesk duties and light





system/network administration

- CompTIA A+

- CompTIA Network+

- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

- Cisco CCNA
