Job Summary

Responsible for supporting fundraising activities for hospital CSR and charitable projects.

Responsibilities

- Assists in preparing CSR proposals, presentations and donor communications, and coordinates with corporates, donors, trusts and funding organisations.
- Maintains donor records, project documents and follow-up trackers, and supports the preparation of utilisation reports, impact reports and CSR documentation.
- Coordinates with hospital departments to gather project information and updates, and follows up on proposals, approvals, contributions and project requirements.

Requirements

- Requires valuable written and verbal communication, strong coordination and follow-up skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline

Experience





- 2-3 years of relevant experience; experience in CSR, fundraising, NGOs or healthcare preferred
