Job Title: Senior Scrum Master / RTE (SAFe)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) experience who can independently lead Agile delivery teams and, when required, perform RTE (Release Train Engineer) responsibilities to support program-level planning, coordination, governance, and execution.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PI Planning, Release Management, UAT, Hypercare, Dependency Management, RAID Management, Agile Coaching, and Executive Stakeholder Communication in large-scale Agile environments. This position involves close collaboration with US-based stakeholders and requires flexibility to work during IndiaUS overlapping hours, including late evenings when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Lead and support PI Planning and Pre-PI Planning activities.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, and decision tracking (RAID).
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Leads, and Business Stakeholders.
- Support UAT, Release Planning, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Track Agile metrics including velocity, predictability, sprint goals, and PI objectives.
- Prepare program-level reports, dashboards, and executive updates using Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
- Drive Agile maturity, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Support Agile Release Train (ART) execution and organizational Agile transformation.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of Agile/Scrum experience with strong Scrum Master background.
- Strong experience with SAFe Framework, PI Planning, and ART execution.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.

- Experience working with distributed global teams and multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
