Design and supervise construction activities for highway and bridge projects, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to specifications.

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design and execution of highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in road construction, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for building quality infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review engineering drawings, designs, and specifications
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure quality compliance
- Conduct site surveys, soil investigations, and quantity estimations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project management teams
- Monitor material usage and ensure adherence to approved mix designs




- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in highway or infrastructure construction
- Knowledge of IRC codes, MORTH specifications, and IS standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar engineering software
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

- Experience with bridge or flyover construction
- Familiarity with quantity surveying and billing processes
