Our Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) programme is designed to give fresh engineering graduates a solid foundation in infrastructure construction. You will rotate across departments and project sites, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in site supervision and quality control
- Learn and apply MORTH specifications in real-world construction
- Support surveying, material testing, and documentation activities
- Participate in safety briefings and HSE compliance activities
- Prepare technical reports and presentations
- Complete structured training modules and assessments

Qualifications





- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2025 or 2026 batch)
- Strong academic record with minimum 60% aggregate
- Willingness to relocate to project sites across India
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction industry

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship experience in construction or infrastructure
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or any engineering software
