Job Summary

Responsible for supporting physicians in patient assessment, clinical documentation and coordination of care under their supervision.

Responsibilities

- Assists in recording patient histories, monitoring vital signs and preparing patients for examinations and procedures within the scope of training and hospital protocols.
- Coordinates investigations, consultations and follow-up requirements as directed by the treating physician.
- Maintains accurate patient records, supports discharge documentation and reinforces care instructions provided by the clinical team.
- Promptly reports changes in patient condition and follows patient-safety, infection-control and confidentiality protocols.
