- Manage daily operations of the hospital's facilities, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all areas.
- Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules are followed and high standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to facility management, canteen services, or patient care.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in facility administration or a related field (healthcare).
- Robust knowledge of cafeteria management, canteen management, facility management, facility operations, housekeeping management.
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve operational excellence.
