Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
- Oversee a team of technicians, providing guidance on repair procedures and quality control standards.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory management, financial transactions, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in automobile service or workshop management.
- Diploma or B.Tech degree in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferably).
- Robust knowledge of automobile service principles, diagnostic techniques, and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping purposes (e.g., ERP software).
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
