Job Summary:

To manage end-to-end finance and accounts operations across Sayaji Group entities, including Banking & Treasury management, Working capital & Credit facility administration, Financial accounting, MIS reporting, statutory & regulatory compliance, taxation, and audit coordination - ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial operations that support the Group's funding, cost-optimization and reporting objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bank & Finance: Project Finance, Banking, Working Capital & Treasury Management - fundraising, Financial Modelling & CMA reports, review of sanction terms & negotiation, credit facility documentation (review of loan documents, negotiation, execution), cash flow & liquidity management.
- Accounts: Financial Accounting, MIS Reporting & Audit, Ledger scrutiny, vendor & customer account limit monitoring & review, monthly/quarterly/annual closures, financial statements, audit coordination, etc
- Credit Ratings: Coordination with rating agencies, data submission and quarterly/periodic review and to focus on rating upgrade/status co.
- MIS, Compliances & Regulatory Reporting: customs returns, Ex-Bond BOE data submission,



RBI returns (FLAIR), subsidy applications. Preparation of stock statements, UFCE certificates, periodic cash-flow preparation & monitoring, periodic P&L; & cost report preparation for management review, etc. Data & information preparation for various subsidy claims.
- Taxation: Plan & monitor monthly/periodic TAX, PF and GST payments and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related matters.

Experience

- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in manufacturing industries such as starch, food processing, chemicals, FMCG, agro-processing, or process industries will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP HANA, Power BI and advance level on MS-Excel, Power point.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- SAP experience is must
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
