We are looking for a skilled Flight Ticketing Executive with expertise in Amadeus and Galileo systems to join our team based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage flight bookings, cancellations, and amendments efficiently using different B2B portals for B2B clients.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to their queries professionally.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of flights, bookings, and passenger information.
Troubleshoot issues related to flight delays, cancellations, or other disruptions.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.





Job Requirements :

Proficient in online B2B portals with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Possess strong knowledge of flight ticketing principles, including fare construction and rule application.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve complex issues.
