About the Role

Ms Mabishalaxmi Builders is looking for motivated and responsible Diploma/B.Tech Civil Engineers to join our construction team. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site workers, architects, and other project personnel.
- Check measurements, quantities, materials, and workmanship at the site.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and ensure proper utilization.
- Read and understand civil/structural drawings and implement them at the site.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, measurements, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing quantity estimates, material requirements, and bills.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site safety standards.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with senior engineers for suitable solutions.




- Monitor project progress and report delays or technical issues to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and efficient use of materials at the construction site.

Required Skills

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Good knowledge of basic civil engineering and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidates

- Freshers with a Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant site experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Candidates who are willing to travel or relocate according to project requirements will have an advantage.
