Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Tele caller to manage customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Proactively connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to identify and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Effective Follow-ups: Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with leads, understand their requirements, and convert promising prospects into meaningful business conversations.
- Appointment & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments with potential clients, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients to create long-term business opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving assigned calling, lead-generation, follow-up,



and appointment-setting targets while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Lead & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and well-organized records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, requirements, and overall client interactions.
- Daily & Weekly Reporting: Prepare and share timely activity reports highlighting calls made, leads generated, follow-ups completed, appointments scheduled, and lead progress.
- Requirement Understanding: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and communicate relevant information about the companys products and services.
- Opportunity Development: Identify potential business opportunities, qualify prospects effectively, and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for further discussions and conversions.

- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Confident and qualified personality
- Strong follow-up & customer-handling skills
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Positive, self-motivated & target-oriented
- English, Hindi & Marathi knowledge is a plus
