Role & responsibilities
The role provides platform and operational support across Citrix, Omnissa Horizon VDI, vSphere, endpoint management, remote access, Password Manager, Absolute and automation technologies.
- Virtual Workspace & Remote Access
- Endpoint Platforms & Device Services
- Monitoring, Incident & Service Operations
- Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Documentation & Collaboration
Preferred candidate profile
- Ability to troubleshoot platform and endpoint issues and collect diagnostic evidence for root-cause analysis.
- Experience creating operational documentation, procedures and runbooks.
- Good understanding of PowerShell.
- Valuable understanding of YAML scripting.
- Knowledge of Ansible Tower
- Citrix Apps and Desktops.
- Citrix Remote Access.
- Citrix ADC / NetScaler.
- Citrix ADM
- Omnissa Horizon
