We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with deep expertise in cards and payment ecosystems to own the end-to-end product lifecycle of our Card Management System (CMS), spanning RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, and emerging payment technologies

Brief Role -

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for card products and Card Management Systems.
- Drive product innovation across credit cards, tokenization, contactless payments, digital wallets, and UPI-on-Credit Card.
- Partner with banks, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), technology teams, and fintech partners to launch and scale solutions.
- Leverage transaction, portfolio, fraud, and customer insights to enhance product performance and customer experience.
- Drive automation,



operational efficiency, and straight-through processing (STP) across the payment lifecycle.

- What We're Looking For
- Robust experience in Cards, Payments, Issuing, Acquiring, or Banking Product Management.
- Deep understanding of card transaction flows, authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, disputes, and chargebacks.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders while driving product growth.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business acumen with ownership of product metrics and outcomes.
- Experience working with payment networks, financial institutions, or fintech ecosystems.
