Manage builder penetration in the home loan market and strengthen developer engagement
• Track and monitor individual projects for timely progress and business growth
• Ensure adherence to project approval TATs and monitor exceptions

Preferred candidate profile
• 5+ years in any banking product team
• Strong analytical orientation with proven experience in data interpretation
• Ability to apply databacked insights to business decisions
• Robust written and oral communication skills
