About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Interior Designer to join our studio and work across the complete lifecycle of interior projects — from concept development and presentations to working drawings, estimation and on-site execution.

The ideal candidate should have a good design sense but, more importantly, should be comfortable working on site, understanding drawings, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and taking responsibility for getting things executed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, layouts and space planning.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes and client presentations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and execution drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with site conditions and resolve execution-related issues.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs and material requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and site measurements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, fabricators and consultants.
- Explain drawings and design intent to contractors and site teams.
- Monitor execution to ensure work follows approved drawings and design standards.
- Coordinate materials, finishes and samples.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to the design team.
- Handle revisions and modifications based on site requirements.




- Assist in coordinating multiple projects and meeting project timelines.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and working drawings.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, joinery and construction details.
- Experience handling interior sites and contractors.
- Ability to prepare presentations and design documentation.
- Understanding of estimation / BOQ preparation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability.
- A good balance of design sensibility and execution knowledge.

Software

Mandatory: AutoCAD

Preferred: SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint / InDesign, Excel

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is not limited to sitting at a desk and making drawings.

You should be equally comfortable discussing a design with a client, preparing a detailed drawing, working out an estimate, visiting a site and explaining the same drawing to a contractor.
