1. Guest Relation Executive : Location : Matunga

Job Description:

- Handle the sales office look & feel (Admin)
- Attend all walk-in customers (Direct / Via presales team / via Channel partners)
- Ensure that the sales team are attending to customers at the earliest possible time and take them through all set procedures.
- Ensure the family members of customers are taken care of while they attend the AV/ Sales meeting/ Model Showcase etc. (Eg. Elderly parents / Children)
- Check with customers if they were satisfied with their experience at the sales office did they got an answer to all their queries about the product, pricing, etc.
- To ensure direct & CP sources are captured at the first visit properly.

Desired Skills:

- The person should exhibit solid communication skills, as she will lead sales employees and will need to communicate effectively with customers
- Should have an optimistic attitude, and be willing to go above and beyond for their customers
- Should be comfortable working on weekends & public holidays
