Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage data center projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor progress against milestones and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects in the telecom/ISP sector or similar industries.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

- Robust understanding of data center design principles, HVAC systems, power distribution units (PDU), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), air conditioning units etc.
