Role & responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable courses, universities, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other online communication channels.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend relevant educational programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.
- Explain course structure, specialization, duration, examinations, and other relevant details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions in the CRM/MIS.
- Resolve student queries and coordinate with the backend/operations team when required.
- Stay updated about university programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in online and offline education counselling/admissions will be preferred.




- Candidates from Ed-Tech, Education, Online/Distance Learning, or Higher Education backgrounds are preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant education/counselling experience will be an advantage.
