- Manage sampling process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality samples.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with buyers through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee product costing, pricing strategy development, and profitability analysis for export merchandise lines.
- Coordinate with various departments (buying house, export merchandising) to ensure seamless execution of merchant activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform buying decisions.
- Production merchandising activities.
- Product development (PD) merchandising activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in apparel merchandising or production merchandising or product development (PD) merchandising or related field.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven expertise in export merchandising, sampling, sample development, womens wear, apparel industry knowledge preferred.
