Role Overview

Vidysea Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and well-connected International University Relationship Manager to establish and strengthen partnerships with universities and educational institutions worldwide.

The role will focus on developing strategic university relationships, identifying collaboration opportunities, facilitating institutional agreements and supporting the growth of Vidyseas international education business. The ideal candidate should have an established network within the international higher-education sector, strong relationship-management skills and experience working with university representatives and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges and education partners.
- Identify and onboard new university partners across priority international markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Vidysea and its international university partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms and coordinate MoUs, agreements and institutional onboarding.
- Develop joint initiatives, including student-recruitment campaigns, webinars, events and outreach programmes.
- Obtain updated information on programmes, eligibility criteria, scholarships, application processes and admission timelines.
- Coordinate with counselling, admissions, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
- Represent Vidysea at international education fairs, conferences, university meetings and networking events.
- Track partner engagement, student referrals, applications, enrolments and revenue against defined targets.




- Monitor international education trends and recommend new markets and partnership opportunities.
- Resolve partner concerns promptly and ensure a positive, long-term working relationship.
- Prepare regular partnership-pipeline, performance and market-development reports for management.

- Knowledge of international admissions, student recruitment and university-partnership processes
- Strong business-development, negotiation and institutional-sales skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to develop proposals, presentations, MoUs and partnership agreements
- Understanding of international education markets, programmes and emerging trends
- Strong coordination and cross-functional team-management skills
- Target-oriented approach with strong planning and execution capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and online presentation tools
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally, when required
