Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with hands-on experience in Mivan Aluminium Formwork for residential/high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, manpower, formwork installation, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage Mivan Aluminium Formwork installation, alignment, and dismantling activities.
- Read and understand structural drawings and Mivan formwork layouts.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Project Managers for daily execution.
- Allocate manpower and monitor productivity at the construction site.
- Ensure proper line, level, alignment, dimensions, and verticality of formwork.
- Supervise shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and related civil activities.
- Check proper fixing of aluminium panels, ties, pins, wedges, wall panels, slab panels, and other Mivan components.
- Ensure proper stripping/dismantling and shifting of Mivan panels as per the construction sequence.




- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at the worksite.
- Monitor material usage and prevent unnecessary wastage or damage.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily progress and manpower reports.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on knowledge of Mivan Aluminium Formwork.
- Good knowledge of residential/high-rise construction.
- Ability to read and understand structural/formwork drawings.
- Good manpower handling and site supervision skills.
- Knowledge of shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete work.
- Strong understanding of line, level, and measurements.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.

Eligibility

- Education: ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant civil construction experience.
- Mandatory: Practical experience in Mivan Aluminium Formwork.
- Candidates from residential/high-rise construction projects will be preferred.

Salary

3.5 Lakhs – 7 Lakhs per annum (CTC), as per experience and interview performance.
