Key Responsibilities

- Call customers for pending EMI and loan payments.
- Follow up with customers for overdue amounts.
- Inform customers about their outstanding balance and due dates.
- Convince customers to make payments on time.
- Maintain daily collection and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Take payment commitments from customers and follow up accordingly.
- Handle customer queries related to EMI and payment status.
- Update payment details in the company system.
- Follow company collection policies and guidelines.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Requirements

- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, telecalling, or collection will be preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and hardworking.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Target

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain good collection efficiency and regular customer follow-ups.
