Role & responsibilities
- Lead patent litigation matters (infringement, revocation, injunctions, appeals) before Courts.
- Develop case strategy and argue or supervise key hearings
- Advise clients on patent enforcement, risk, and disputes
- Build client relationships and bring in recent business
- Mentor and manage associates; review pleadings and opinions
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the IP practice
Preferred candidate profile
Experience of 14-17 years.
