- Gurugram - 21k - 30k CTC
- New Delhi - Up to 30k CTC
- Schedule: 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational Week Off
- Immediate Joiners Preferred

What We Are Looking For
For Freshers:
- Decent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong willingness to learn sales strategies, negotiation skills,
and product details.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience toward outbound calling.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Proven track record in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Tele calling, or Business Development.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Sales: Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls and product demos/presentations to understand prospect needs and present suitable solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, contacts, and deal stages in the CRM.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate terms, address client objections, and close sales opportunities to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
