Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, BPO, International Voice Process, or a relevant customer-facing role.
- Good French and English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Graduation / Undergraduate qualification as per process requirements.
- Candidates with international customer service experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide effective and accurate resolutions.




- Communicate professionally with international customers through the assigned support channel.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and process guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update required information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
