Job Role SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Designation: Senior Finance Executive

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using *Tally & Zoho Books*
- Handle *Accounts Payable & Receivable*, invoicing, collections and vendor payments
- Prepare *MIS, financial reports, cash flow statements and reconciliations*
- Manage *GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance*
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, clients and internal departments
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments and working capital
- Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Identify process gaps and improve finance & accounting processes
- Ensure accuracy,



timely closure and proper financial documentation

Skills Required

Robust knowledge of Accounting & Finance

Hands-on experience in *Tally / Tally Prime & Zoho Books*

Good knowledge of *MS Excel* – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas

Knowledge of *GST, TDS, PF, ESI & statutory compliance*

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

Good communication and coordination skills

High level of accuracy, integrity and ownership

*Candidates with experience in handling accounts/finance operations for a group of companies will be preferred.*
