- Sales & Conversions: Pitch products/services effectively in Malayalam to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with hot leads to ensure maximum conversion.
Preferred candidate profile
- Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate degree.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in tele sales, telecalling, or customer support. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Solid convincing skills, active listening, and a target-driven mindset.
