Designation: Internal Auditor for Company Audit Department.

Location: Chennai

Minimum experience : 5

Salary is based on experience.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant qualified experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Risk & Compliance, or related audit functions.
- Candidates with prior experience at EY (Ernst & Young) or other leading professional services/audit firms will be preferred.
- Prior experience in auditing Airline/Aviation accounts is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in rate management, contract and commercial audits, vendor agreements, cost benchmarking, compliance reviews, and identification of financial discrepancies is required.
- Candidates should have demonstrated experience in conducting audits independently, performing root-cause analysis, identifying financial and operational risks, and presenting audit findings and recommendations to management.

Key Skills:

Expertise in Rate Management:

- Proficiency in analysing and verifying pricing structures, rate sheets, and vendor agreements.




- Ability to assess the fairness, accuracy, and competitiveness of rates.
- Experience in cost benchmarking and ensuring compliance with market standards.

Expertise in Contract & Commercial Papers:

- Strong understanding of contract laws, terms, and clauses.
- Ability to review and audit legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and risk exposure.
- Proficiency in identifying non-compliance or discrepancies in contracts.
- Excellent analytical skills to detect errors, overcharges, or undercharges.
- Capacity to perform root cause analysis for discrepancies.
- Identifying potential risks in contract terms or rate structures.
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
