Role & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain our products, services, offers, and generate leads.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Coordinate with the sales team and update lead status.
- Maintain daily call and customer records.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident and friendly personality with good convincing skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Interest in technology, 3D printing, or related products will be an advantage.
