Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents, and enterprise automation solutions using the Serval platform.
- Administer the AI automation platform, including configuration, permissions, environments, agent lifecycle, governance, monitoring, and auditing.
- Automate manual and repetitive processes across IT, HR, Finance, Security, Procurement, and other business functions.
- Develop and optimize prompts, agent behaviors, workflow logic, and process orchestration.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, connectors, data pipelines, and integrations with Microsoft 365, SAP, SuccessFactors, Entra ID, Azure, and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor platform health and workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability, scalability, security, and automation effectiveness.
- Participate in AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, testing, validation, governance reviews, and risk assessments.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, responsible AI, compliance, and governance standards.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, best practices, training materials, and operational procedures, and support platform adoption across the organization.





Preferred candidate profile

- 7+ years of experience in AI automation, enterprise integration, platform engineering, or software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go, with robust experience in REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and integrating enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, SAP, SuccessFactors, identity platforms, and other business systems.
- Exposure to RAG, vector databases, agentic AI frameworks, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Azure AI Services is highly preferred.
- Experience with workflow/automation platforms, monitoring, observability, security controls, and platform administration.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, Terraform/IaC, and ITSM platforms is an added advantage.
- Should have strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Candidates with experience building enterprise-grade AI automation solutions and driving automation adoption across business functions will be preferred.
