- 7–12 years of experience in the Jewellery Industry.
- Strong experience in B2B Jewellery Sales.
- Established network of retailers, dealers and distributors will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong commercial and business development capabilities.
- Proven team-management and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of CRM, ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of jewellery market trends, pricing and customer behaviour.
